FRONTLINE TEAMS
Our frontline consists of 8 passionate teams from the Adivasi community. They take charge of everything from implementing a multitude of development programs to resolving internal conflicts.
They are a cornerstone for the community and ACCORD as an organization. They also coordinate and work together with the frontline teams of our sister organizations, namely ASHWINI and VBVT, who form our area teams together. These teams are made of 14 animators and 6 area secretaries.

Responsible for our strong foundations and future. The Support Team consists of senior community representatives, young full-time professionals, and senior advisors that include the founders. They form the bridge between our Frontline Teams and the world outside.
Each member’s drive and passion for the cause have them offering decades of steadfast support pro bono.

FINANCE TEAM
This team manages every aspect of the organization’s finances, overseeing not only the financial planning and transactions but also handling administrative responsibilities, logistical coordination, and ensuring adherence to all statutory regulations and compliance requirements.
Over the years, members of the adivasi community have been empowered and trained to step into significant roles within this division, becoming key contributors to the ACCORD brand’s mission. This inclusion has allowed the organization to tap into local knowledge and skills, strengthening the brand and fostering sustainable development within the community.
